Bento's Album
Terms of Service and Policies
Last updated: June 2026
These terms explain, in plain language, how Bento's Album, credits, the Sticker Bank and gift card redemptions work. By using the app, you agree to them.
1. The service
Bento's Album is a digital sticker album for the 2026 World Cup with trades between collectors, groups, a community, World Cup live tracking and a recreational prediction pool (no cash prizes).
Full access is unlocked with a one-time payment (PIX in Brazil; card internationally). The sticker catalog is a collecting index — the physical stickers belong to the collectors.
Important: in trades, sales and auctions, Bento's Album acts ONLY as an intermediation platform that connects collectors. Responsibility for the negotiation and the delivery lies exclusively with the users (see section 5).
2. Credits
Credits are the app's internal currency, used in the Sticker Bank and for gift card redemptions. Value reference: 1 credit equals R$ 1 in Brazil and 1/6 of a US dollar outside Brazil (that is, 6 credits = US$ 1).
Available packages: 20 credits for R$ 20 (no discount), 50 credits for R$ 45 (10% discount) and 100 credits for R$ 85 (15% discount). Outside Brazil, packages are charged in dollars (US$ 4, US$ 9 and US$ 17) via card.
Credits are not money: they earn no interest, are not transferable between accounts outside the app's operations and cannot be converted into cash (withdrawal). Redemption happens in stickers or gift cards.
3. Sticker Bank (buying and selling)
Sellers list duplicate stickers for a price in credits. Listings are shown with priority to buyers from the same city (then the same country).
To buy, you need a total balance of at least 20 credits, in addition to the sticker's price available.
When you buy, the amount is HELD (blocked) from the buyer, and 5 of the seller's credits are held as a guarantee. A chat opens in the app to arrange the place and time for the in-person delivery.
Operation fee: Bento's Album keeps 30% of the sale price (rounded up). The seller receives the remaining 70% when the delivery is confirmed.
The operation is only completed when the BUYER confirms receipt in the app. At that moment the debit happens, the sticker is transferred in the album and the seller receives their share.
4. Delivery deadline, cancellation and fine
The delivery deadline is 14 calendar days from the purchase.
If the delivery is not confirmed within 14 days, the operation is automatically undone: the buyer gets back all held credits AND a 5-credit compensation; the seller who failed to deliver loses the 5 guarantee credits (non-delivery fine).
Buyer and seller can cancel the operation by mutual agreement before the deadline, with no fine — both parties' held credits are released and the listing goes back to the bank.
Fraud attempts (e.g.: confirming delivery without delivering, creating accounts to dodge fines) may lead to account suspension and the cancellation of improperly obtained credits.
5. Responsibility for trades and the role of Bento's Album
Trades, sales and auctions happen DIRECTLY between users. The negotiation, the arrangement of place and time, the physical delivery of the stickers and the inspection of what was received are the EXCLUSIVE responsibility of the users involved.
Bento's Album is NOT a party to the trade: it does not buy, sell, own, ship or inspect the stickers. We act only as an INTERMEDIARY, providing the tool that connects collectors and the credit hold (escrow) to make the arrangement safer — never taking the position of buyer, seller or deliverer.
We are not responsible for stickers that are undelivered, late, damaged, fake or different from what was agreed, nor for any loss, damage, injury or conflict arising from trades, meetups or negotiations between users.
The credit hold, the fine and the 14-day deadline are an automatic protection to reduce risk — they are NOT insurance, a delivery guarantee or a quality guarantee. Delivery meetups are at the users' own risk: always arrange them in safe, public places and check the sticker BEFORE confirming receipt, since confirmation is final and releases the payment to the seller.
6. Partner gift cards
Credits can be exchanged for gift cards from third-party companies (e.g.: Google Play, Apple, Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, iFood, Uber), subject to availability.
Redemption is handled manually through the support channel (e-mail). After confirmation, the credits are deducted and the gift card code is sent by e-mail.
The brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and are NOT affiliated with, formal commercial partners of, or sponsors of Bento's Album.
7. Payments
In Brazil, payments are processed via PIX (Woovi/OpenPix). In other countries, via card (Stripe). Amounts are displayed before confirmation.
Credit purchases are credited automatically after the payment is confirmed. In case of failure, contact support with the proof of payment.
Confirmed payments for credit packages are not refundable in cash, except where required by law.
8. Conduct and safety
Using the app for fraud, harassment, spam or any illegal activity is forbidden. Delivery meetups must be arranged in safe, public places — preferably the community trade spots.
As a reminder of section 5: Bento's Album provides only the intermediation tool (credit escrow); the negotiation and physical delivery are exclusively the users'. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Privacy
We collect the bare minimum: e-mail, display name, city/country (for trades and local prioritization) and your album data. We do not sell your data.
Payments are processed by the providers (Woovi/Stripe) — we do not store card data. Push notifications are optional and can be disabled in your browser.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; relevant changes will be flagged in the app. The Portuguese version is canonical in case of divergence between translations.
